1 on 1 sessions are for anyone who wants individual attention on their body and life in general.
All sessions start with a short introductory talk so I can see how I can contribute you and your body most.
During your session you are fully clothed and there are no oils or cremes used.
You can already decide upfront which therapy you’d like to receive, or you let me tap into your body and choose a therapy that I believe will contribute the most to the change you’re looking for.
